Sabrina has been leading the team at Brookstone as Executive Director for almost three years, bringing over 20 years of nursing experience and a real passion for senior care. She started her nursing journey back in 2004 and quickly realized that working with seniors was where her heart was. That commitment to kind, respectful care has shaped her entire career.

Since stepping into her role at Brookstone, Sabrina has helped the community grow into a place built on pride in our work, compassion, and mutual respect. Her dedication to doing things right makes sure every resident feels truly supported and valued—turning Brookstone into more than just a place to live, but a place to really feel at home. Outside of work, she’s a wife, mom, and proud grandma who somehow still finds time to stay fully devoted to the residents and staff at Brookstone.

Rylie Marples joined Brookstone in August 2024 after three years of dedicated service at our sister community in Little Rock. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Rylie has been working with senior adults since 2020, bringing compassion, energy, and commitment to every aspect of her role.

Rylie is proud to be part of a team that has served seniors in Northwest Arkansas for over 25 years. She believes what makes Brookstone truly special is the level of care that sets the community apart, and she is honored to help continue that legacy of excellence.

Outside of work, Rylie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ben, her family, and their two dogs and two cats
