🎆🇺🇸 Kicking Off the 4th of July Weekend at Brookstone!
We celebrated Independence Day a little early here at Brookstone Assisted Living and Memory Care 🎉
Residents, families and friends, joined us for a cookout 🍔🌭 Before lunch, we cooled off with a visit from a snow cone truck that brought smiles (and sticky fingers) all around! 🍧😄
Memory Care made a splash with a water balloon fight 💦💙 It was the perfect way to beat the summer heat.
We also took time to celebrate Ms. Erma’s birthday! 🎂🎉
To wrap up the fun-filled day, Assisted Living residents kept the spirit alive with a lively round of karaoke. 🎤✨ Patriotic tunes, classic favorites, and big laughs closed out a busy day! ... See MoreSee Less
Meet our amazing summer interns at Brookstone Assisted Living!
Emma Jones was born and raised in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, and is currently a student at the University of Arkansas, studying Human Development and Family Sciences. She’ll be graduating next May with a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences and a minor in Child Services. Emma is a proud dog mom to her puppy, Moose, and is getting married this July! She has loved being part of the Brookstone community during her internship and is excited to see where this experience will take her next.
Rebecca Spurlock is also a senior at the University of Arkansas, majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in lifespan development. She chose to intern at Brookstone this summer to explore working with assisted living and memory care residents.
